Moldovan President Igor Dodon rejected out of hand the idea that Andrei Nastase, the leader of DA Party, would be elected as Parliament Speaker. His statement was made on a TV show. 

"Andrei Nastase won't become Parliament Speaker and It's such a vain hope of his. Maybe prime minister, if he and Maia Sandu made a ruling coalition with Socialist Party. Otherwise, we will carry out snap elections", said President Dodon on TV show Moldova în direct. 

President Dodon also mentioned that Socialist Party had multiple reasons not to rely on bloc ACUM.
