The pressure on the judges are inadmissible. This conclusion belongs to the Superior Magistrate Council, after they examined the request of Rodica Berdilo, the magistrate who decided to declare the local elections invalid. The Judge complained that she was attacked.

"She made a request and asked the authorities to take measures in order to stop the attacks she has to face. The council decided that the judge should not face any pressures", said Victor Micu, CSM chief.

Since the request was examined, Ion Druta, the chief of the Supreme Justice Court also approved this decision.
