Three children were killed by their own father in a southern Moldovan village last night.

The boys were 1, 4 and 6 years. Their mother was not at home.

After murdering the children, the father tried to kill himself.

Now he is in a hospital in Cantemir town. The police say the man was not intoxicated when committing the awful crime.
