Prime Minister Pavel Filip congratulates Romanian counterpart on appointment to office

Prime Minister Pavel Filip sent today a congratulatory message to his Romanian counterpart, Sorin Grindeanu, on occasion of investiture as Prime Minister of Romania.
In the message signed by Pavel Filip, it is noteworthy the upward trend of the Moldovan-Romanian relations and strengthening of bilateral cooperation between the countries after establishment of Strategic Partnership for European Integration of Moldova.
"I take this opportunity to express my gratitude for Romania's willingness to support the Moldovan authorities' efforts to align to European standards and values by implementing the agenda of association with EU to modernize our country and implementation of energy, educational and social projects ", reads the letter.
At the same time, the head of government expressed his certainty that Moldova will have the support of Romania in the future on priorities of bilateral agenda and major objectives in terms of modernization and European integration of Moldova and the dialogue between states will stay active.
