The procedure of launching business in trade field has been simplified. The Parliament adopted a set of amendments at the law regarding interior trade, drafted by the Ministry of Economy.

As a result, the entrepreneurs will have to notify only the local public authorities, without being necessary to obtain authorization.

Through the notification, the economic agent will inform the local authorities regarding the placement and the planned activity. At the same time, the entrepreneur will declare on his own responsibility that he fulfills all requirements for the business.

The authorities say that thanks to the approved changes, entrepreneurs will save time and money. As a result, will be created a favorable environment for the business development.

At the same time, the local public authorities will approve the regulations for trade activity, the placement requirements and the activity in the locality.
