Moldovans will be able soon to watch a feature film produced in our country after a good period in which nothing has been achieved notably in the domestic cinematographic sphere.
The "Beautiful Corruption" movie trailer, signed by the Moldovan stage director Eugen Damaschin, has released, and on September 28, the production will be projected on the big screen.The film focuses on the phenomenon of corruption in Moldova.The protagonist of the film, actor Igor Babiac, tries to look for justice and resort to illegal methods.
The film, made in partnership with the United States Embassy, will be screened at the Patria cinema, and the entrance will be free.
From October, the feature film will be seen in the caravan in over 70 localities from the country. Filming took place between April and June, in over 30 locations in Chisinau, Straseni, Criuleni, and in Moldova-Film studios.
Eugen Damaschin is known for the social resonance spots he has made. The director addresses painful themes for Moldova, providing an artistic vision of social issues.
