Progress within Association Agreement program. Andrian Candu: It is important to continue what we started
The Parliament has already fulfilled the requirements for macrofinancial assistance mentioned in the Memorandum Agreement between the EU and Moldova.
The announcement was made at the session of the Parliamentary Council for European Integration, leaded by Andrian Candu, the President of the Parliament.
"Today, there was approved the CNA structure, in the Parliament's regulations. According to the project, the Control Commission for public finances was registered in the Parliament. These requirements will be found in the new Regulations of the Parliament", said Andrian Candu.
He asked the Government a list of the projects that will be adopted due to the Association Agreement signed with the EU.
The progress report regarding the Parliament's activity was elaborated with the PNUD's support and it shows a development within the Association Agreement.
"It is important to continue like this", said the President of the Parliament.
The External Commission's president, Violeta Ivanov presented the actions evolved by the Parliament in the European Integration sphere.
Octavian Armasu, the Finances Minister, Sergiu Cioclea, the Governor of the National Bank, Chiril Gaburici, the Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, Chiril Gaburici and the representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration.
Next week, a delegation of the Foreign Affairs Committee and the Committee on Budgets, as well as the Moldova-EU Parliamentary Association Committee, will come to our country.
