The protest begun at 14:00 local time and, according to the police, in only half an hour the number of people reached 4 500. At the end, 7 000 people were protesting.
"I want for the elections to be validated."
Not all those present could explain what they were protesting for.
"- I came here to protest against what was done.
- What was done.
- The elections were not validated."
"- Why are you protesting?
- I do not wish to speak."
"- Why are you here today?
- To see you."
"I cannot say."
This protest organized by the opposition has also maintained its tradition to harass journalists.
Despite police officers making sure that there are no alcoholic beverages at the protest, some people ignored the request. To avoid violence, drunk people were removed from the crowd.
Some people have confessed to have drunk alcohol before coming to protest.

As previously announced, police installed in the Great National Assembly Square four tents where people received water and medical aid.
"This is very well though, especially for pensioners. Thank you very much to those who thought of this."
Some people even decided to bring their children to the protest, only to regret later on.
A family has lost their son in the crowd, but he was found by the police and soon reunited with his parents.
The child's father claims that he took his eyes off the boy for a single moment and it was enough to lose him.
"We searched for half an hour and then decided to go to the officers."
After two hours, protesters decided to march on Ştefan cel Mare boulevard, causing traffic to be suspended, which greatly displeased drivers.
"This is horrible. I am standing in traffic for 30 minutes. What a waste of fuel and time."
"They are grinding on my nerves."
"The traffic is suspended. I have stood on Ismail for 40 minutes already."
Publika reminds that Electoral Commission decided to annul the mayoral elections from Chisinau, while the new elections will take place only in summer 2019.

(UPDATE 15:57) According to the police, at the moment in the Great National Assembly Square have gathered around 5 000 people.
(UPDATE 14:55) Law enforcement are ensuring public order. Already, two young men who were protesting with beer in their hands were escorted away from the crowd. While another man confessed to have drunk alcohol before coming to the protest.
