ACUM and PSRM deputies held a meeting at the Parliament. Even though the Constitutional Court announced yesterday that the time to form a new Government expired, after 90 days since the parliamentary elections.

At the same time, PSRM and ACUM deputies created the commission for choosing the president of the Parliament.

The deputies took a break and then they will met to chose the speaker.

We mention that Victor Popa former attorney at the Constitutional Court declared for Publika that the president of the country is obliged to dissolve the Parliament.

"The decision of the constitutional court is compulsory and it can not be changed. Thus, the president is obliged to dissolve the Parliament. When the decision enters into force, the Parliament will be dissolved", said Popa.
