PSRM candidate for Chisinau Mayor presented his electoral program on Friday. Ion Ceban declared that he needs 30 billion lei for the projects to repair and improve the city. 

He wants to allocate 22 billion lei from the Chisinau City Hall budget and the rest from his foreign partners. 

"In four years. 22 billion from the municipal budget and at least 8 billion from the resources I already identify", said Ion Ceban, PSRM candidate for Chisinau Mayor. 

The local elections will take place on October 20.
