Public servants will be able to request, starting today, compensations within the First Hose Program. The terms regarding the way the compensation within the First House Programs are offered was published today in the Official Monitor. Therefore, the state will compensate 50% of the mortgage loan taken for a house that costs no more than 600 000 lei.

According to the term, the compensations will be available to people working under the authorities and public institutions financed by the state, public medical institutions and state higher education institutions with financial autonomy, who were employed for at least one year in the public sector and didn't receive disciplinary sanctions at the workplace.

The total amount of compensations will be distributed for 25 years (300 months) and will be offered every month until the mortgage loan will be fully paid back. In case a mortgage loan was paid ahead of time, the compensations will be suspended from the moment the payment was made.

People who wish to submit requests can do so online, on primacasa.gov.md.

For compensations within the First House 2 Program the state budget has foreseen for 2018 20 million lei.

To this point, 146 people benefited from the First House Project, the number of offered guarantees reaching over 35 million lei.

Beneficiaries can purchase only finished houses, ready for people to move into and registered in the Real Estate Registry.
