The first school year is a real challenge for children, but especially for their parents. In order to simplify their duties, Chisinau Educational Direction organized a quorum to chose the clothing and the school supplies for pupils. However, the first thing that a parent should do is to prepare his child emotionally. 

"The parent should talk with his child about the positive aspects of the school, about the knowledge that he is about to gain", said Diana Ciobanu, psychologist.

"We try not to scary them, it is something new and interesting."

Also, the specialists urge the parents to avoid sophisticated clothing for their children.

"Their attention should not be concentrated on their clothing", said Stela Baltag, teacher.

The shoulder bag should also be chosen correctly.

"The children whose height is 1,20 should wear a horizontal shoulder bag, while the ones higher a vertical one. It should not weight more than 2-3 kilos", said VIorica Morcov, teacer.

The state secretary of the Education Ministry told the parents about the theory. 

"We chanced the curriculum. Now, the teaching methods are a bit different", declared Angela Cutasevici, state secretary at the Ministry of Education, Science and Research.

The quorum gathered over two thousand parents whose children will go to school for the first time.
