Sergiu Lucinschi, the son of Petru Lucinschi president was sentenced to two years behind bars in Romania. The decision was taken by the Court of Casassion. 

Requested by Publika, Chiril Lucinschi said that he doesn't know where his brother is. Otherwise, the younger son also has law conflicts. One year ago, Chiril Lucinschi was sentenced to five years behind bars within BEM, Banca Sociala and Unibank bank fraud. Until the Court gives the final decision, he is placed under justice control.

PUBLIKA.MD mentiones that Sergiu Lucinschi, the elder son of President Petru Lucinschi was found guilty for influence peddling and forgery. In the first instance, Sergiu Lucinschi was sentenced to three years behind bars.
