Record for First House program. 274 loans have been given in February
New record for First house project. In February, 274 loans worth 70 million lei were given.
These is the best result since the project was implemented.
Due to this program, the Moldovans bought 1600 houses worth 767 million lei.
According to the Organization for Improving the Sector of Small and Medium companies, 907 loans were offered within First House project.
Due to First House 2 project, that is destined to the state workers, 230 houses have been sold. 448 loans were given within First House 3 project.
Of the total number of beneficiaries, 1148 are families and 437 are unmarried persons aged up to 31
The average value of a flat within First House project is over 567 thousand lei, which in Euro is 28 thousand. The majority of the persons request a 60 square meters flat.
The data also shows that the majority of the sold dwellings are in the Capital. The First House project was launched in March 2018, at the initiative of Pavel Filip prime minister. According to the regulation, the beneficiaries aged up to 45 should pay 10% of the flat's cost. The maxim cost of a dwelling is one million lei.
The program also has facilities for the state workers and the large families.
Ion Chicu, the Minister of Finances said that the number of beneficiaries can reach 4500 by the end of the year.
