The referendum according to the dismissal of Balti fugitive mayor, Renato Usatii will be organized on March 4. The day was approved by the municipal advisers. The decision was supported by the 21 councils of Our Party who participated at the session.

"The project of law according to the mayor's dismissal was voted and it will take place on March 4."

The municipal council didn't write the reason why do they want to organize the referendum and the question of it, within the session.

At the same time, the project of law that was published on the City Hall's web site is explained through the critics of the press and the the State Chancellery on Renato Usatii's address, who didn't fulfill his work duties. The question of the referendum could be the following one:

"Do you want the mayor of Balti to be Renato Usatii?" The representative of the State Office say they will contest the decision, because it was approved with some deviations, inclusively, the questions for the electors.

"The reasons of mayor's dismissal are not clear", said Virginia Scobioala, the deputy chief of Balti Office of the State Chancellery.

According to the Election Code, the dismiss of Balti fugitive mayor can be initiated only if he doesn't respect the society's request and requirements or if he doesn't obey the moral and ethics rules of a mayor.

The decision of the Balti Municipal Council will be sent to the Central Electoral Commission that will say the verdict.
