REMARKS of Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration about situation of German diplomatic missions: Special measures will be applied to increase security

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova came up with clarifications regarding the situation of the diplomatic missions in Germany.
"Following actions announced by a group of Turkish citizens, as well as threats and possible aggressions on the Embassy of the Republic of Moldova in Berlin and the Consulate General in Frankfurt, special measures have been taken at the diplomatic missions' security.
During the demonstrations, the Berlin diplomatic mission temporarily ceased operations. The police forces ensure the security of the diplomatic missions, "says a statement issued by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova.
