Ruslan Bolbocean, the Republic of Moldova Ambassador in Kiev and Victor Osipov, the Permanent representative of OSCE to the Republic of Moldova paid a visit to Kramatorsk town from the east of Ukraine, where they met the Moldova representatives within the Special OSCE mission in Ukraine. The meeting was organized at the initiative of the Republic of Moldova Embassy to Ukraine.

Within the meeting, the members of the SMM OSCE presented information regarding different aspects of the mission. Also, they enhanced their opinions regarding the social security.

The mission was implemented in march 2014 and aims to monitor the provide the peace in the East of Ukraine.

The program of the visit of the heads of diplomatic missions in Kiev and Vienna to Kramatorsk included a meeting with the head of the state administration of the Donetsk region, the head of the regional military-civilian administration, Pavlo Jebrivskii, as well as visits to Slaveansk targets, which suffered in following the battles.
