September 17, Beijing - Republic of Moldova continues believe in a trust and friendship relationship that is mutually beneficial to the People's Republic of China, which could offer new valences to the amplification of bilateral political dialogue, both at the legislative and executive levels. The statement was made by Tudor Ulianovschi, the Minister of Foreign Affairs and European Integration of the Republic of Moldova, during a meeting with Song Tao, the Minister of the International Department of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party.
The Republic of Moldova and China are interested in capitalizing on the bilateral strategic dialogue by developing a concrete action plan at bilateral level as well as by giving new valences to the world trade system and the globalization process that needs to be revived in line with the priorities developing countries and global development objectives.
The Chinese Communist Party's Central Committee's International Communist Party Song Tao said at a meeting with the head of the Moldovan diplomacy that "regardless of the geographic size of a state or its potential for economic development, every actor in international law has a distinct voice on the arena and the vote and position of the Republic of Moldova in various international fora is important for China".
Minister Tudor Ulianovschi expressed gratitude for the support given by the political leadership of the People's Republic of China in the implementation of the assistance projects provided in the field of modernization of the customs infrastructure and the financial support provided in creating an efficient communication system for the responsible institutions responsible for road safety.
In the context of the development of the globalization process, the program initiated by the President of the People's Republic of China, Xi Jinping under the generic Belt and Road, needs to be fully exploited with the involvement of Chinese companies in national road infrastructure modernization projects, energy security, water quality improvement, efficient waste management, and digital education in the Republic of Moldova.
At the end of the talks, Minister Tudor Ulianovschi addressed an invitation to the Minister of International Affairs of the Central Committee of the Chinese Communist Party Song Tao to make a visit to the Republic of Moldova, which he accepted, while appreciating the high quality of wines Moldovans, who have increased their presence and value on the Chinese market.
