Republic of Moldova has received 200 thousand vaccines against influenza. The lot was provided by a noon- governmental organization from USA.

They will soon be spread among medical centers, after a campaign promoting vaccine will be launched. Those to receive them will be people suffering from chronic illness, those working in medical institutions, pregnant women, orphans, elder people from nursing homes etc.

Last year, Republic of Moldova has also received 200 thousand vaccines. In winter 2016-2017, 1 130 citizens addressed for medical assistance with a cold, out of whom over 600 were children under 14-year-old.
