Residents of a block of flats from Capital face dirt and dust because of an economic agent who started to build an attic
The residents of a block of flats from Titulescu street of Botania sector from the Capital complain that they live a nightmare for more than six years.
The economic agent who built the attic gave up on the work and the residents of the block have to face the dirt. Some of them who bought the flats near the attic have moved.
Lilia Ghervas paid 27 thousand Euro for the flat and has moved there with her children. Now, she uses the heaters instead of the heating system. Sometimes her electricity bill teaches 2000 lei.
"The temperature is up to 18 Celsius degrees if the heater works 24 hours. If it stops working the temperature is 10 Celsius degrees", said Lilia Ghervas, resident of the block.
The other residents of the block of flats are worried about this situation. They say that the electricity system causes them troubles.
"A couple of times, the power was cut", said Radu Stratuta, a resident of the block of flats.
People say that the economic agent gave them the copies of the documents that allow the building of the attic.
We tried to discuss with the director of the building site. He commented on the situation in short.
"I don't deny that this block of flats faces troubles, but we will finish the work one day", declared Veaceslav Cheptene, building site director.
When we asked him to offer us an official declaration, he closed the phone.
Ruslan Codreanu, the general interim of the Capital promised that he will solve this case.
"First of all, I should see the contract. I have heard that the residents of the block of flats are threatened by the director of the building site. But, without the signatures of the residents of the block of flats, he wouldn't have received the permission to start building the attic", said the interim of the Capital.
The General Prosecutor's Office and the National Anti-corruption center will take the required measures on this case.
