A big part of the Ciocana and Rascani sectors' residents from the Capital will face the cold from their apartments. Yesterday, an old tube got broken and the the heat delivery was stopped.

The citizens say they will buy electric heaters if the following days are cold. The Termoelectrica spokesmen say they will make the all possible to repair the tube as soon as possible.

"The neighbors called and they didn't react.
-What if it wouldn't be connected in the following days?
-We will appeal other institutions.
-We will connect a heater", said a resident.

"It was cold all the night. They could have repaired the tap during a night", said a resident.

The most affected are the children.

"We were urged to use the heater, because we have two children. In the morning I have noticed the kindergarten is not heated too. I dressed my children in two pairs of socks and a thick sweater", said a mother.

"This is not pleasant. It is very cold outside now. It is a very difficult moment for the ones who have children", said a resident.

Termoelectrica representatives say the employees worked the whole night, but they didn't manage to liquidate the whole damage.

"They didn't manage to finish the works, as the damages were serious. The first one, from Uzinelor street was fixed. The Botanica sector was already connected to heat. Riscani was partially connected. We are working on Center sector now, which is very hard to fix.
-Are you sure we will be connected to heat today?
-I can't tell you, because the tubes are very old", declared Iurie Razlovan, technique director at Termoelectrica.

Yesterday, an old tube got broken on Vadul lui Voda street of the Capital. Three other sectors remained without hot water and heat. The representatives of Termoelectrica assured the problem will be saved during a night, but this didn't happen.
