Roman Chirica: It is impossible to hide those funds, as those are allocated for citizens
The first trace offered by EU will arrive in Moldova in the first part of the future year. The funding is offered to the citizens. The declaration was made by the director of the Institute of Market Economy, Roman Chirca.
''The decision for microfunding was already approved. It is good for the stabilization of 2016 year to be confirmed. The funds are offered to the citizens, I don't think anybody will manage it correctly. The benefits are direct. There were many conditions that were respected. The assistance is not only given to the Government, but to the citizens too'', said Roman Chirca.
Also, Roman Chirca mentioned that those steps are essential in the adheration of Republic of Moldova to EU.
''Nobody will discuss the adheration problem. The European Commission felt there is an issue with the stimulation of Republic of Moldova to be on EU's orbit.
