Romania to buy five tactical flying drones
Romania will acquire five tactical drones with EUR 55.5 million.
The purchase will be made via the national company Romtehnica, the state’s contractor in the defense sector, through a public tender. Romtehnica will choose the supplier that comes with the lowest price.
The drones need to be delivered within 38 months after the contract is signed. The acquisition will be financed with money from the public budget.
Romtehnica is under the coordination of the Defense Ministry, Romania Insider writes.
