Romanian Ambassador Ioniţă expounds why Moldova must cease political instability
Republic of Moldova must not prolong the political instability, said the Romanian Ambassador to Moldova Daniel Ioniţă in a TVR Moldova's talk show.
"You can't expect either significant economic investments or major steps to advance various files in such period. In my opinion, Moldova should resume as soon as possible the cooperation with International Monetary Fund (IMF) which is automatically condition for EU loan tranche. There are specific aspects tied with each other", said Romanian Ambassador.
Mr Ioniţă also mentioned that the negotiation period is a must and of importance for political parties' representatives.
The official showed concern over the local elections which must take place in this summer.
"These instabilities lead to consequences not only towards citizens but also local elections. This's vital for other projects such as salary increase and good road for Moldova", said Ambassador Ioniţă.
Mr Ioniţă highlighted that only will a ruling alliance be created, other projects with foreign partners will be advanced.
