The president's refusal to start dissolving the Parliament throws Moldova into a constitutional crisis. This opinion belongs to Iulian Chifu politics analyst from Romania. 

The expert highlighted that the documents presented by Igor Dodon regarding country's federalization are actually the interests of Russia in Moldova.

Chifu criticized the visit of Dmitri Kozak in Chisinau.

"Dmitri Kozak's visit means the interference of Russia in the Republic of Moldova's internal affairs", declared Iulian Chifu.

Iulian Chifu also mentioned that Romania supports the European path of our country.
