Romania's information center inaugurated in Balti town

Romania's information center was inaugurated on Thursday, December 15th, in Balti town, in the presence of the Romanian ambassador in Chisinau, Daniel Ionita. Centre supports training projects in Romanian, as there will be numerous workshops organized by history, geography and civilization, informs Radio Chisinau.
Information Center opened in the State University "Alecu Russo", has cutting-edge technical and Romanian literature. Debates will be organized about the European Union and Romania. ALL who wnat to improve their knowledge of the Romanian language are welcomed at the center.
Romanian ambassador to Chisinau, Daniel Ionita said that the information center is a continuation of the commitments Romania pursued in educational sector in Moldova.
"We consider fulfilling the need for information in the next period and provide materials to help the people here to better understand what Romania, and the profound business opportunities that Romania can provide in various fields" , said Daniel Ionita.
In turn, rector of the University "Alecu Russo", Ion Gagim stressed that this information centre will promote the language, Romanian culture and civilization, to bring young people closer to the Romanian culture and literature.
Access to the center is free for all interested. Its endowment was made possible by Policy Department for Relations with Romanians Everywhere, being invested an amount of over half a million Moldovan lei.
A similar center operates information and Comrat, in June 2015.
