Russia's interference with Moldova's politics is watched by the American congressmen. The Senate of the US tries to find out the best solutions to prevent the foreign involvement in the election campaigns.

Within the hearings, many experts presented the Eastern Europe's condition, inclusively, the one of Moldova that faces a sharp manipulation campaign from Russia. Todd Helmuss, the representative of the corporation for Search and Development, RAND declared that Russia spreads propaganda in Belarus, Ukraine, Moldova and the Baltic countries. 

Another expert, Laura Rosenberger, the representative of German Marshall Fund highlighted that the Russian agents act through social media.

In the last months, both on Facebook and Twitter dozens of propaganda pagaes were blocked.

So far, dozens of Russian citizens and an organization from Sankt-Petersburg have been sued in the United States for involvement in the US elections.
