None of the sessions of the Municipal Council passes without a scandal.  The session was one hour late and the municipal councils refused to check the daily agenda, after Vitalie Voznoi activist entered the hall.

He wanted to give a speech but he wasn't allowed to.

"Please, get out!"

Vitalie Voznoi said that there are 200 projects on the daily agenda. But, a regular session has only 100 projects. Iurie Topala Coucil tried to interrupt his microphone.

"I want to tell you one simple thing, on October 8, besides the topic about the explosion, other 204 land projects have been included on the daily agenda", said Vitalie Voznoi, civic activist.

On the other side, Adrian Talmaci, the interim secretary of the Municipal Council declared that the regulation hasn't been encroached. 

"In the last 10 days, the Chisinau Municipal Councul didn't examine any land projects. Thus, all the proposals were included in a single session", said Adrian Talmaci, the secretary of the Municipal Council.

The majority of the councils supported the position of CMC President and asked Voznoi to leave the session.

"We urged him to leave the session hall, because of his behavior", said Ion Cebanu, PL Council.

"It is not the first time when he makes abuse of time. He starts his speech at 9 and finishes at 10", said Liviu Oborog, PDM council.

At the end, Vitalie Voznoi left the session hall and the council started the session.
