Scandal at the City Hall from Bacioi village. The secretary of the local council can't start the work, because the former interim doesn't let him do it. 

Raisa Stoica was fired in 2012, because she was suspected within a criminal file. Recently, the instance said she is not guilty and asked the City Hall to take her back to work.

Within a session, the majority of the local councils voted for it. Thus, the second day, the woman came to work.

"Mrs.Natalia Chiochiu, the interim was the deputy mayor of Ilie Leahu and refused to sign the contract to take her back to work", said Raisa Stoica, the secretary of the Local Council.

The interim and some employees say that the woman was returned illegally in office. Among the persons who are against the woman is the father of the Bacioi mayor.

"She is attacked by the Court of Appeal and I consider that this is illegally to have her back at the City Hall", said Natalia Chiochiu, the interim secretary.

"My rights as a council have been breached. They didn't let me go to the Council's session", said Andrei Salari, local council.

These actions are supported by the mayor of the village.

The local representatives supported the instance decision.

"We needed to take a decision. 15 advisers our of 23 were present", said Octavian Gortolomei, local advisor.

After hours in a row of discussions, they called the police. Now, the people of the law will establish if there were any breached within the process of taking this decision.
