Because of the construction works of the roundabout on the intersection of Lunca Bicului, Uzinelor and Indrusriala streets from Ciocana sector of the Capital, the traffic  was stopped and the public transportation had changes.

The drivers were angry about the situation.

''They should have resolved the problem in a couple of nights, but the problem dates since spring. The drivers have trouble with this roundabout.''

''It is very bad, they should have done it in the night time.''

However, the drivers recognized the roundabout is necessary at this intersection, becasue it helps the traffic to be more flexible.''

''It is very hard to circulate without a roundabout at this intersection.''

The parol inspectors tried to manage the circulation today.

''Slowly, but it goes. There isn't another entrance in Bubuieci. The cars are oblidged to go on a band'', declared Dumitru Trisca, INP spokesman.

''We arranged a 5 500 square meters surface. If the weather conditions will be favorable, then, certainly we will finish everything till 9 pm'', said Dorin Ciornii, the chief of I.M.''Exdrupo''. 

The arrangement works started on May. The municipality allocated over nine million lei.
