Searches in north of Moldova. What did border policemen find in houses of three Moldovans?
Searches in the houses of three Moldovans who are suspected of poaching at the border.
The border police started the searches in Pererita and Grimancauti villages, Briceni district. Thus, the police found two guns of 22 mm caliber and 7.62 caliber and a gun with a smooth pipe of 12 mm. Also, there were found five optical devices and 101 odd caliber cartridges. In the yard of the house there was also searched the car of the suspect, that is matriculated in Poland. The owner of the car didn't have any documents that prove the car belongs to him, thus, the police concluded that he used it for illegal actions.
At the house of the second suspect aged of 34, the border policemen found two guns with smooth pipe, 15 cartridges for hunting gun and five cartridges pipes. At the same time, within the searches, the police found remnants of dead animals: deer, rabbit and wild boar.
In the car of the 25 year old man from Pererita village, the police found a hunting gun cartridge. The man was using the Jeep matriculated in the UK for the illegal hunting in the border zone.
The goods were confiscated and the border policemen continue the searches, to establish all the circumstances of the branches.
