Security expert and former state secretary of the Defense Ministry of Chisinau, Dumitru Minzarari, is worried about country's political situation. In a Facebook post, he is manifesting his big interest to watch over how PSRM-ACUM alliance are developing the situation in the wrong way.
'Russians have a good phrase: Russia has two problems - stupid people and bad roads. These days we were shocked by the lack of competence of Chisinau's authorities. Moldova, being a small country, has a disastrous situation not only because of corruption. The lack of competence in main domains is't another essential reason', pointed out Dumitru Minzarari.
Also, the former state secretary of the Defense Ministry of Chisinau declares being shocked about what is going on in Chisinau.
'All claim themselves experts. You can forcefully take something, but you can never give something the same way. It's our fault for what we have', pointed out Dumitru Minzarari.
