"Serghei Lunchevici" National Philharmonic celebrated 25th anniversary of Moldovan-Turkish relations
"Serghei Lunchevici" National Philharmonic hosted last evening an exceptional concert in the Capital. It celebrated Republic Day of Turkey and 25 years since relations between Turkey and Moldova were established.
For the first time, guests were able to listen a new instrument for them, called Yaybahar.
"Görkem Șen was invited to present this amazing instrument, it is a piece of art, an acoustic instrument he created that synthesize sound" deputy director of the National Philharmonic, Agnesa Rusu declared.
The artist claims he was delighted with the public from Chisinau.
"It is my second time coming to Moldova. The public here is delightful and I felt a link with them" Görkem Şen said.
Golden Horn Brass Quintet from Turkey have also entertained the hall. Guests remained impressed by the artists.
"This Oriental music, I cannot explain it but it is astral, purifying."
"I loved the first artist the most, it was extraordinary."
"It was amazing, interesting and simply beautiful."
The Show bore the motto "Concert for Friendship".
