The session to validate the mandate of Andrei Nastase was postponed again. The representative of the Local Council of Constituency  requested the judge's appeal, because of impartiality.

PUBLIKA.MD reminds that the first session to examine the validation mandate of Andrei Nastase was postponed after the documents of the appeals didn't arrive at the instance.

Then, the mayor of Chisinau accused the instance that they delay his mandate.

Nastase contradicted the Election Code. According to the law, the legal term didn't expire yet. The verdict will be given in 10 days.

Even if the mandate is not valid, Nastase already prepared his office.
