Several companies from United States will establish partnerships with those from Moldova
Several companies in the United States will establish partnerships with Moldova in the Forum between the two countries, to be held in Chisinau on April 11-12.
The areas for establishing partnerships will be infrastructure, agro-business, energy, ICT, etc.
Minister of Economy and Infrastructure, Chiril Gaburici and the United States Ambassador to Moldova, Dereck J. Hogan, discussed this.
On the first day of the event, Government representatives are expected to make country and sector presentations on important strategic areas: infrastructure, business environment, IT facilities, tourism investment potential. The next day will be the B2B session, where local companies will be able to establish direct contacts with US partners.
"The Republic of Moldova - United States Forum will offer entrepreneurs in our country the opportunity to understand the business process with the US and attract foreign investment. On the other hand, American businessmen will be better acquainted with the fiscal and investment facilities in the Republic of Moldova and the strategic sectors", said Chiril Gaburici.
"It is also a good opportunity for the best successful US people coming to the Republic of Moldova to go to the universities in the country to share their experience in the field of business, investment, innovation. It is important for young people to be inspired directly by to business people about their successful histories", said Dereck J. Hogan, Ambassador of the United States of America to the Republic of Moldova.
The Republic of Moldova - United States Forum is organized by the Ministry of Economy and Infrastructure, the US Embassy Commercial Service in Moldova, Romania and Ukraine, the Moldovan Businessmen Association, the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Moldova, the Agency for Investment Attraction and American Chamber of Commerce in Moldova.
