One of the detained man for murdering a man and injuring another one, after he shot in a block of flats from Botanica sector, took part of an international criminal group. The declaration was made by Ghenadie Cosovan, the deputy minister of Internal Affairs, within Zi de Zi (Day by Day) talk-show.

"He was taking part of an international criminal group, who committed at least 18 murders in Ukraine and four in Moldova", said Ghenadie Cosovan.

Moreover, he says that the gun found by the policemen are usually used for ordered murders:" Such guns are used for ordered murders. I saw those guns, the images appeared in press. Those are Makarov and Scorpion model. Those guns are used by killers."

Angela Nicolaou, psychologist says that the suspects' reaction on the balcony scandal could be explained by their criminal past.

"There is such a notion as professional deformation. That is, when a man has a certain profession, he begins to see things only through this activity. In this case, it is, to a certain extent, about professional deformation, because these people see things only from the point of view of their criminal activity", said Angela Nicloau.

The tragedy occurred on the night of 7 to 8 January, when a 25-year-old man died and another 27 year old man was injured. It all started from a minor incident, while the victims and the aggressors were smokig. The aggressors were angry when one of the youngsters spit and hit a man on a balcony below. The attackers took the guns, climbed the boys and opened the fire. The seriously injured young man was celebrating his birthday the night before.

The suspects were detained for 72 hours. Both received a criminal case for murder. Today they will be brought to the court. If found guilty, they risk spending the rest of their lives behind the bars.
