Shocking reveals about one of Cristina Parhomenco's murders
An internal investigation was initiated at the Department of Penitentiary Institutions after one of the young people convicted of the Cristina Parhomenco's murder had sexually assaulted a minor inmate. More than that, he would have beaten the guards who intervened. Everything had happen last week in the No.13 Prison. The investigation will determine where the responsible employees have been at the time of the crime.
"A minor inmate from the No.13 Prison complained at the Penitentiary chiefs for being sexual harasses by another inmate. When the guard intervened, the aggressor attacked them too. He his one of the guards in the head", mentioned Oleg Pantea, DIP press officer.
The two guardians required medical care, but the aggressor and the victim were separated and now they are consulted by the psychologists. The police opened a penal file on this case. The responsible said it is not the first time when the young man from Straseni is violent.
"He has a bad behavior. He threatens the stuff of the prison very often. He has a very violent behavior", said Oleg Pantea.
Justice Ministry's representatives say that according to the international practices, the violent behavior of minor inmates can be corrected by involving them in educational activities.
"One of the things they should control is to develop their abilities to watch the inmates and prevent aggressive situations", declared Anatolie Munteanu, general secretary at the Justice Ministry.
Previously, all the Cristina Parhomenco's murders were violent at the instance.
The psychologists say the rehabilitation of the violent minor murders is a difficult process.
"In their case, when they grew up they didn't have a morality. In other words, their don't have morality at all", said Irina Novac, psychologist.
Presently, the 17 years old aggressor is serving his punishment of six years and eight months in prison, for murdering the girl from Straseni.
