No political campaigning is allowed today in Moldova, as the law establishes the day before the poll as ‘a silence day.’ The electoral runners cannot duel but in billboards, flyers or in the internet. No candidates may appear on TV.
The presidential hopeful can neither spend money from their election funds.
Any violation is punishable with fines from $20 to $50.
The Interior Ministry will deploy over 4,000 officers to insure the public order on the ballot day.
The voters who’ll not be able to vote within their constituency should haste and secure special permits to vote at the polling stations they will be near on the Election Day.
