Silvia Radu to resolve traffic jams and sanitation problems of Capital
The City Hall is looking for solutions of the infernal traffic from the Capital. Silvia Radu wants concrete actions for the infinite traffic jams. She asked the representatives of the Transport Direction to present a plan in this sense, if not, they are dismissed.
''I don't want you to explain that the City Hall doesn't have money or the possibility to resolve this problem, as we have many bureaucratic problems to solve'', said Silvia Radu.
The citizens of the Capital also say the traffic jams are a big problem.
''I work in the surrounding of Train Railway station. There there are always traffic jams here.''
''It is very difficult to circulate.''
''I move from Ciocana to Center, Alecu Russo and Moscow boulevard are always full of traffic jams, from 8 to 9 am and from 5:30 to 7 pm.
The vice chief of the department declared that the old infrastructure of the Capital is the one who is guilty about that situation and a solution for this problem would be the bypass roads.
''Chisinau streets were built for 90-100 transport unities. Presently, we have more than three hundred thousand transport unities'', said Vitalie Butucel, the vice director of the Transport Direction of the Capital.
Another problem that was found by the interim of the Capital is the cleaning of the city. According to Silvia Radu, there are a lot of institutions that do this. One of the institution is responsible of the green spaces, another one of the trash, another of the sidewalk.
The citizens of the Capital say they want to live in a more clean city.
''It is dirty, even in the Center. Everyday the workers clean, but it is useless.''
''I lived in other cities that were more clean. It is a problem with the trash bags, it is a disaster.''
Silvia Radu also asked a report about the preparation works for the cold season.
On Friday there will be organized a session where there will be discussed the nonskid material that should be bought.
