SMURD aircraft to transport renal insufficiency kid from Chisinau to Bucharest

A child of 16 months was transported by the SMURD helicopter from Chisinau to Bucharest.
The little one needed additional medical interventions after having arrived at the hospital with a diagnosis of renal insufficiency. He was initially hospitalized at the Mother and Child Institute in Chisinau, in order for the doctors to take the decision to transport him to a clinic in Bucharest.
During the flight, the boy was monitored by a SMURD Galați crew without any complications.
This is the fourth minor to have been transported to the hospital through an aero-medical crew of the Mobile Reanimation and Delivery Service.
