The City Hall of Soroca town is daily monitored by 50 owls. For already eight years, the birds found shelters in front of the City Hall building. The public workers got used to the owls and say that every morning they see the birds.

During the night, the owls are hunting, because there is a forest in the nearby. During the day, they are glancing to the City Hall.

"They make our mood better in the morning. We got used to the birds. When we are coming to work, we are checking if the birds are at their places."

Even if these birds bring bad news, the representative of the City hall don't believe they can do it.

"Some people are superstitious, while others are not at all. I am very happy to see the owls."

The specialists say that the birds came to change the surrounding.

The owl is a night bird. Now, in Moldova there are eight spices of owls.
