The end of August is a busy period for students. Young people are looking for rent apartments. The most demanded are the homes near the educational institutions. Prices have remained unchanged since last year.

Students prefer the apartments in the city center. Here, prices range from 200 to 700 euros.

"The more demanding streets, however, would be Petru Rareş closer to the institution, Albişoara because the prices are more affordable, and that would be Dosoftei and Petru Movila," said Marina Muntean, real estate manager.

In the top of the preferences is the Telecentru sector, especially the area of the University of Medicine and Pharmacy Nicolae Testemitanu. The rent of a one-room apartment costs from 150 to 180 euros per month.

- Old mail. It's far, but I've already learned. There was no possibility of finding here all of them busy.

Students of the State University and the Pedagogical University are looking for the most apartments in the Buiucani sector. Daniel Friptu from Falesti is also looking for a home. Realtors have proposed an apartment at Botanica with 230 euros per month.

- It would be desirable to be closer to the university. I want to stay with my friends.

- 50 - 60 euros per month.

Students prefer to share the burden of spending with other colleagues and live more in an apartment.

- I have not found a girl who would like to rent with me.

- I hope to find something with 70 euros per person.

Specialists recommend young people to use the services of real estate agencies.

"A student, by appealing to a real estate agent, will first have a wide choice. Once again, it is necessary to make a contract, which will exclude unpleasant moments along the way," said Marina Muntean, real estate manager.
