SUCCESSFUL COLLABORATION. Police from both sides of Prut River arrested two men suspected of murder in Nisporeni

Two men of 25 and 35 years of age from the Nisporeni and Hincesti districts were detained this morning by officers of the Directorate for Combating Crimes of the National Investigation Inspectorate of the PGI in Moldova jointly with those of the Criminal Investigation Directorate of PGI in Romania for committing intentional murder.
The detention took place after the police received the information from the concubine of one of the suspects, as in the case of their own household in the Nisporeni district, several bones were found.
As a result of several investigations by law enforcement officials, the identity of the deceased was identified. It was also established that the suspects and the victim had drunk alcohol at the home of one of them in July 2018. Subsequently, the suspects applied to the victim several blows in the chest area, leaving her breathless, then dropping the body into the eve of the household.
Following a series of complex investigative measures taken by law enforcement, it was established that suspects are hiding on Romanian territory, where they have been detained.
At the moment, the extradition procedure for the suspects is being carried out.
In this case, a criminal case was initiated under Art. 145 of the Penal Code of RM. Under the current law, guilty persons of "Homosexual" are punished by imprisonment from 15 to 20 years or life imprisonment.
