Residents in Balti and Chisinau who do not have valid documents can pick up free provisional identity cards for voting. Public Service Agency offices also work on Sunday to provide citizens with the necessary documents to participate in local elections.

There will have a prolonged schedule from 07:00 until 21:00. The provisional bulletin will be issued according to the territorial principle, where the person has his / her domicile or residence visa. Also, regular identity cards and bulletins will be issued on Sunday.

Citizens from the Chisinau and Balti municipalities, who submitted applications for the issue of the identity card between April 20 and May 17, will be able to collect identity papers irrespective of the term of the service requested and the fee paid.
