According to the prosecutors, four Moldovans and a Turkey citizen managed two companies of selling fruits and vegetables. The suspects were writing fake data in the documents and weren't giving the check to the sellers.

 

The suspects paid the damaged caused to the state budget, that exceeded five million lei.

 

If found guilty, the men risk a fine up to 5 350 conventional units, or up to six years in prison.

 

The judicial person risk a fine of up to 7 000 conventional units.
