The frost overwhelmed the whole country, last night. In the north, the thermometers showed 20 Celsius degrees below zero.

According to the meteorologists, this morning at 7 am, the thermometers show between 29 and 34 Celsius degrees below zero.

The lowest temperatures were registered in Cornesti village, Ungheni district, where the thermometers reached 34,4 Celsius degrees below zero, while in Chisinau there were 29, 2 Celsius degrees below zero.

In the Capital, the frost was hard to handle by the travelers and those who use the public transportation:

"When we got out of our home, it was very cold and we dressed up very well."

"I though it is a waiting room at the railway station, but we didn't find it."

According to the doctors of Emergency Hospital from the Capital, a persons was hospitalized with frostbites.

"My leg swollen because of the cold", said the patient.

According to the meteorologists, the Yellow Code will expire this evening. Anyway, this evening it is going to be very cold. The thermometers will show 17 Celsius degrees below zero.
