The 16-digit barcode for online payments will be excluded from the Single Monitoring and Coordination Center Citation, starting August 7. Thus, natural and legal persons will not have the possibility to pay fines on the basis of electronic reports of road traffic offenses.

 In this context, until August 7, the notifications with the barcode allowing the payments to be made on the basis of the video surveillance system will be sent to the owners of motor vehicles that have committed road traffic offenses. The people concerned still may pay the fines provided, given that the intentional operations to be implemented from 7 August do not have retroactive effect.
