Maintaining the decision to not validate the mayoral elections from Chisinau taken by the Supreme Court of Justice was correct, but there are still several unclear elements, while from this situation only leader of DA Platform Party and Socialists benefit. This was the opinion of last evening Fabrika's special guests.

"The Court can examine all the problems. They have made their decision. Among lawyers there are different opinions regarding if this breach contributed to the results and if yes in what way" attorney Pavel Midrigan said.

"Why would the party of Socialists and of Andrei Năstase request to be part of this case. Perhaps they work together. This decision is only favorable to Andrei Năstase and party of socialists" former Minister of Justice, Vladimir Cebotari mentioned.

At the same time, experts claim that by bringing into this matter foreign citizens it could cause dangerous consequences for the future elections.

"Why were not sanctioned for using politicians, foreign citizens in the political campaign, because this is forbidden by our laws" former Minister of Justice, Vladimir Cebotari said.

"No person from Europe, Romania or Russia can be part of this case. It could cause dangerous consequences. We will see what will following happen after the Electoral Commission will take a decision" lawyer Pavel Midrigan said.
