A 31 years old detainee was found strangled this morning in the Provisional Detention Center of IP Taraclia.
According to the police, the inanimate body was found during the insulator's inspection, and it would have been strangled by the grace of the cell with an improvised rope in the mattress.
The man was detained two days ago, suspected of rape.
At the moment all the circumstances are established.
The police refused to give more details.
