Two Moldovans who were working at the famous Italian motorcyclist Valentino Rossi sued him after he fired them. They request compensation for the unpaid overtime. 

Victor Untu and Zinaida Jigan say that they have been working for Valentina Rossi for ten years. They they they have been fired, because the villa will be sold.

Victor Untu and Zinaida Jigan claim that they have worked for 10 years for a company that owned the villa and was run by the father of the athlete.

The Moldovans consider that the dwelling was just the name of the biker and that the sale would have been just a pretext for fire them. Now, the Moldovans claim the full salary, including the months they did not work, as well as payment for overtime. The amount of damages is 114 thousand euro.

Rossi's lawyers say the new owner of the villa is not obliged to keep the employees of the former owner and contest the additional hours.
